Project Overview
Mystic Feminine Fertility (2021–2025) was a wellness education business I founded to support women in understanding their cycles through holistic reproductive health. I created educational materials, managed social media content, and facilitated both group and one-on-one programs.
My Role
Produced educational content including ebooks, teaching videos, and workshop slide decks.
Designed and managed social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Spotify for Podcasters.
Facilitated group classes, retreats, and online workshops.
Built community engagement through thoughtful posts and interactive campaigns.
Impact
Through this work, I educated and supported hundreds of women in understanding their bodies and taking charge of their health. At the same time, I sharpened my skills in digital marketing, content creation, community building, and operational systems — skills I now bring into business management and design projects.
Branding & Identity
Mystic Feminine Fertility was designed to feel spiritual, feminine, educational, and inspiring. The brand draws from crystal and chakra symbolism — amethyst for intuition and clarity, lapis lazuli for truth and wisdom, and soft ocean tones for calm, flow, and renewal.
Together, these elements created a cohesive identity that felt both professional and soulful — a brand that educated and empowered while staying warm, approachable, and inspiring.
Social Media Management & Content Creation
TikTok
I created short-form educational videos that blended approachable teaching with a fun and casual tone. These posts consistently reached thousands of viewers, earning hundreds of likes, saves, and comments. My goal was to make fertility awareness feel accessible and engaging, and the response showed that the content was resonating with people across different audiences.
Strategy and Adaptability
My approach was rooted in staying responsive to platform trends while maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice. I experimented with different formats, from quick tips to storytelling, and adapted my strategy as the platform evolved. This flexibility helped me grow visibility, increase engagement, and connect with audiences in authentic ways.
Instagram
Before my account was unexpectedly removed by Meta in February 2025, I had built a following of several thousand people and shared hundreds of posts, carousels, and stories. I designed educational graphics, branded visuals, and community-focused content that reinforced identity and built connection. Through that experience, I also learned the importance of backing up accounts and creating systems to protect digital assets, something I now apply in all of my work.
Strategy and Adaptability
Instagram and TikTok each required their own approach. While TikTok rewarded quick, trend-responsive videos with casual and energetic delivery, Instagram valued consistent branding, visual polish, and community interaction through comments and stories. Recognizing these differences, I adapted my strategy to match the unique algorithms and user behaviors of each platform, ensuring that content felt native, engaging, and effective wherever it appeared.
Ebook Creation
I authored and designed a series of ebooks that served as accessible, educational resources for clients at different stages of their fertility and wellness journeys. Each ebook combined research-based content with engaging visuals to make complex topics clear and approachable.
Some of these materials were created under the Mystic Feminine Fertility brand, while others were designed for outside companies where I was hired as an educator. I adapted to their existing brand palettes and templates, demonstrating versatility, collaboration, and creativity while still delivering polished, impactful resources.
Course Creation & Presentations
In addition to ebooks, I developed courses, workshops, and presentations that combined live teaching with structured, visual learning materials.
Course Design: I created multi-module programs that blended educational videos, guided practices, and downloadable resources.
Workshops and Retreats: I facilitated both in-person and online events, building agendas, marketing materials, and slide decks.
Slide Decks & Visuals: Each presentation was carefully designed to be visually engaging and easy to follow, often using metaphors, diagrams, and clear layouts to translate complex health concepts into digestible lessons.
By designing across different formats, I learned how to adapt content to the setting — whether for an intimate online consultation, a group webinar, or a large retreat workshop.
In person Events
While much of Mystic Feminine Fertility lived online, I also created in-person experiences that brought education and community to life. These offerings combined teaching, event planning, and community-building to create memorable, supportive spaces.
Retreats: Multi-day immersive gatherings that wove together yoga, meditation, group classes, and fertility awareness education. Each retreat balanced structured learning with rest, reflection, and connection.
Workshops: Local events ranging from small group classes to full-day intensives. Topics included cycle awareness, nutrition for fertility, and mindfulness practices for stress management.
Pop-Up Market Collaborations: I hosted booths and mini-classes at wellness markets, sharing resources, building visibility, and connecting with local communities in person.
These events deepened community engagement and expanded the reach of Mystic Feminine Fertility beyond digital platforms. They also honed my skills in event coordination, live facilitation, marketing, and community partnerships, while allowing me to see firsthand the impact of this work in people’s lives.
Lessons Learned
Running Mystic Feminine Fertility taught me far more than health education — it gave me firsthand experience as a content creator, business owner, and systems designer.
I learned how to create a cohesive brand identity, but also how to flex into different palettes and templates when working with outside organizations.
I saw the value of multi-platform content ecosystems: ebooks for depth, social media for reach, and courses for transformation.
I gained confidence in teaching and presenting across formats, from a one-page resource to a live workshop to a long-term course.
Most importantly, I learned the impact of this work: empowering hundreds of women and couples to understand their bodies, make confident health decisions, and embrace a more intuitive connection to fertility.
Alongside those lessons, I also discovered what I most love about work. I loved creating content, designing branding, and crafting resources — from social media campaigns and ebooks to posters and emails. I loved being creative, connecting with people, and holding space in both digital and in-person settings. And through all of it, I realized that my greatest passion lies in helping others run their businesses — building systems, supporting leaders, and ensuring the behind-the-scenes work is as strong as the vision.
While running every aspect of a business was deeply challenging, I am grateful for the four years I invested. Mystic Feminine Fertility didn’t continue, but the experience gave me clarity, resilience, and a toolbox of skills that now allow me to support others with both empathy and expertise.
